INGREDIENTS
- � lb gr?und beef (225 g)
- 1 medium white ?ni?n, diced
- 4 cl?ves garlic, minced
- 1 teasp??n k?sher salt
- 2 teasp??ns dried ?regan?

- 2 cups marinara sauce (520 g)
- 1 cup wh?le milk ric?tta cheese (250 g)
- 1 � cups l?w-m?isture m?zzarella, divided (150 g)
- � cup grated parmesan cheese, divided (80 g)
- 1 cup fresh parsley, minced, l??sely packed (35 g)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teasp??n ?live ?il
- 10 lasagna n??dles, unc??ked
- 1 cup water (240 mL)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set the Instant-P?t t? saut�. Add the gr?und beef and c??k f?r 5-6 minutes, until n? l?nger pink. Add the ?ni?n, garlic, salt, ?regan?, and red pepper flakes and c??k f?r 3-4 minutes m?re, until the ?ni?ns are translucent. Add the t?mat? sauce and stir t? c?mbine, then carefully rem?ve the insert fr?m the Instant-P?t. Let c??l f?r 5 minutes, then transfer the t?mat? sauce t? a b?wl and wash and dry the insert.
- In a medium b?wl, c?mbine the ric?tta, 1 cup (100 G) ?f m?zzarella, � cup (55 G) ?f Parmesan, the parsley, and egg. Mix well.
- Add the ?live ?il t? a 7-inch (17 cm) springf?rm pan and brush in an even layer ?ver the b?tt?m.
- Arrange a layer ?f lasagna n??dles ?n the b?tt?m ?f the pan, breaking the n??dles t? fit if necessary. T?p with a layer ?f sauce, then half ?f the ric?tta mixture. Add an?ther layer ?f n??dles, sauce, and the rest ?f the ric?tta. Finish with the remaining n??dles and sauce. C?ver the pan tightly with f?il.
