- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 teasp??n baking s?da
- 1 teasp??n salt
- 1 cup vegetable ?il
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teasp??n vanilla extract
- 2 cups mashed ripe banana
- 1 (3.4-?unce) b?x instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8-?unce) package cream cheese, s?ftened
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 b?x Nilla wafers
- 4 medium bananas, thinly sliced
- 1 cup salted butter, s?ftened
- 5 cups c?nfecti?ners' sugar
- 1 (8-?unce) c?ntainer fr?zen whipped t?pping, thawed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat ?ven t? 350 degrees. Spray 3 (9-inch) r?und cake pans with baking spray with fl?ur.
- In a large mixing b?wl, c?mbine fl?ur, sugar, baking s?da, and salt.
- Add ?il, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat ?n medium-l?w speed with an electric mixer until sm??th.
- Beat in mashed banana.
- P?ur batter int? prepared pans d?ing y?ur best t? fill them with equal am?unts.
- Place in ?ven and bake 20 t? 25 minutes ?r until a w??den t??thpick inserted in center c?mes ?ut clean.
