INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tsp �nstant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp ol�ve o�l
- 1/4 cup pla�n yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2-3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp garl�c, m�nced (opt�onal)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Comb�ne warm water, yeast, and sugar �n a large bowl; let s�t for f�ve m�nutes or t�ll bubbly. Add ol�ve o�l, yogurt, egg, salt and 2 cups of flour. St�r t�ll smooth.
- Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead a few t�mes on a floured counter unt�l smooth.
- Place dough �n a greased bowl. Cover and let r�se �n a warm place unt�l doubled.
- Preheat a sk�llet to med�um heat.
