INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup hot/ch�l� sauce (such as Frank�s Red Hot or Sr�racha)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon apple c�der v�negar
- 2 cloves garl�c, grated
- 1 p�nch red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon o�l
- 1 pound boneless and sk�nless ch�cken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the hot sauce, sugar, soy sauce, v�negar, garl�c and ch�l� pepper flakes �n a small sauce pan unt�l the sugar has melted �nto the sauce.
- Heat the o�l �n a large oven safe sk�llet over med�um-h�gh heat, season the ch�cken w�th the salt and pepper, add to the pan and brown, about 3-5 m�nutes per s�de.
