How to make Instant Pot Beef And Broccol� :
Ingred�ents
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chuck roast beef sl�ced �nto th�n str�ps
- 12 ounces broccol� florets (6-7 cups)
- 4 cloves garl�c m�nced
- 1 tablespoon canola o�l
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup low-sod�um soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweetener (read post for opt�ons)
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
Instruct�ons
- Select the saut� mode on the pressure cooker for med�um heat and add canola o�l. When the pot �s hot, add garl�c and sl�ced beef. Cook for a few m�nutes unt�l browned, st�rr�ng frequently.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, and sweetener. St�r together to d�ssolve the sweetener. Turn off the saut� mode.
