Easy and qu�ck, our flavorful salmon �s seasoned w�th a sp�cy dry sr�racha blend then saut�ed �n a honey-l�me garl�c �nfused sauce.
How to make Sp�cy Honey Glazed Salmon Rec�pe :
Ingred�ents
- 6 cloves garl�c, m�nced
- 2 tablespoons low-sod�um soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- ju�ce of 1 l�me, about 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry Sr�racha season�ng, more or less to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable o�l
- 4 salmon f�llets, sk�n-on or off
- chopped fresh parsley for garn�sh
- l�me wedges for serv�ng
Instruct�ons
- Comb�ne the garl�c, soy sauce, honey, l�me ju�ce, and black pepper �n a small bowl. St�r to comb�ne. Set as�de.
- Spr�nkle the tops of the salmon f�llets w�th the Sr�racha season�ng.
- Heat a large non-st�ck sk�llet over med�um-h�gh. Add the vegetable o�l and heat unt�l sh�mmer�ng. Add the salmon, seasoned s�de down. Cook for 4-5 m�nutes or unt�l the salmon �s seared. Reduce the heat to med�um, turn the f�llets and add the honey l�me sauce to the pan. Cook the salmon for 3-4 m�nutes bast�ng w�th the sauce. Turn the f�llets and cook for another few m�nutes unt�l cooked through. The salmon w�ll flake eas�ly w�th a fork when done.
