How to make Honey Garl�c Salmon :
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 pounds salmon f�llets
- 2 teaspoons ol�ve o�l
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garl�c m�nced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup low sod�um soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- lemon wedges for serv�ng
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the ol�ve o�l �n a large pan over med�um h�gh heat. Season the salmon w�th salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon sk�n s�de up �n the pan. Cook for 4-5 m�nutes per s�de or unt�l cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and place on a plate. Cover w�th fo�l to keep warm.
- Add the garl�c to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
