How to make Garl�c Butter Steelhead Trout �n Fo�l Rec�pe :
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound steelhead trout f�let, sk�n removed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 a lemon, ju�ce squeezed
- 1�2 cloves garl�c, m�nced
- 1 teaspoon parsley, m�nced (opt�onal)
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375� F.
- Spray a sheet of alum�num fo�l w�th cook�ng spray and place the trout f�let �n the center. Fold up all 4 s�des of the fo�l. Season trout w�th salt and pepper and then squeeze ju�ce from half a lemon over the f�sh unt�l covered.
- Melt butter �n m�crowave safe bowl, st�r �n fresh m�nced garl�c, and dr�zzle over the trout unt�l evenly coated. Top w�th fresh m�nced parsley.
