- 1 tsp (5ml) van?lla extract
- 2/3 cup (135g) caster sugar
- P?wdered sugar f?r dust?ng
Mascarp?ne F?ll?ng :
- 8 ?z (230g) mascarp?ne cheese, r??m temperature
- 2 tbsp (16g) p?wdered sugar
- 1 tsp (5g) van?lla extract
- 3/4 cup (200ml) wh?pp?ng cream, ch?lled
- 1 ?z (30g) sem?sweet ch?c?late, very small p?eces
- Fresh berr?es ?f y?ur ch??ce

INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare meringue. Preheat oven to 320F (160C). Grease and line a 9x13 (23x33cm) pan with parchment paper. Set aside until ready to use. In a large bowl add whites and salt and star whipping until foamy. Add vinegar, vanilla extract and cornstarch. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form for about 5 minutes more
