INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the ?l?ve ??l ?n a large sk?llet ?ver med?um heat. Add the red ?n??n, mushr??ms, and carr?ts and c??k f?r 5 m?nutes ?r unt?l s?ftened. Add the garl?c, g?nger, and bell pepper and saute 2 m?nutes.
- Wh?sk t?gether the s?y sauce, v?negar, and peanut butter. Add t? the sk?llet, f?ll?wed by the br?th, and st?r t? c?mb?ne.
