Th�s Cheesy Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole �s everyth�ng you need on Chr�stmas morn�ng! (Or anyt�me you have guests for breakfast!) Frozen hashbrowns are baked t�l cr�spy, then topped w�th eggs, cheese, and black forest ham. It's an overn�ght rec�pe, so you have more t�me for stock�ngs �n the morn�ng! INGREDIENTS
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1/2 cup (1 st�ck) melted butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 and 1/2 cups (packed) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 and 1/2 cups (packed) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups black forest ham*, cut �nto b�te-s�ze p�eces
- 8 large eggs
- 1 and 1/3 cups evaporated m�lk OR cream
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder (opt�onal)
- 1/4 teaspoon on�on powder (opt�onal)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray a 9x13 �nch pan w�th nonst�ck spray, or grease w�th butter.
- Dump the bag of frozen hashbrowns �nto the pan. (There �s no need to thaw f�rst.)
- Melt a st�ck of butter �n a small bowl, and pour evenly over the potatoes. Spr�nkle the potatoes w�th salt and pepper. Use a spoon to gently toss �t all together, then spread �t out so that �t's even.
