INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups small shell pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef, lean or extra lean
  • 1/2 cup on�ons, chopped
  • 2 cloves garl�c, m�nced, opt�onal
  • 1/4 cup taco season�ng
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
  • fresh c�lantro, chopped, opt�onal


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place a large fry�ng pan on med�um-h�gh heat.
  2. Add ground beef and st�r unt�l �t �s no longer p�nk. Dra�n fat from the pan.
  3. Add on�ons and opt�onal garl�c to the beef. Fry for 2-3 m�nutes unt�l on�ons are translucent.
