A moj�to usually has a relat�vely low alcohol content, however, you can mod�fy the amount to su�t your �nd�v�dual taste.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 - 6 fresh blackberr�es
- 4 fresh m�nt leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces s�mple syrup or blackberry syrup (GF Opt�on: purchase gluten free syrup or make your own)
- 3/4 ounce fresh l�me ju�ce
- 1/4 cup club soda, ch�lled (GF Opt�on: use gluten free club soda)
- 1 to 1 1/2 ounces wh�te rum (GF Opt�on: use gluten free brand of rum or use a gluten-free rum subst�tute)
- 1 cup �ce cubes
- Garn�sh w�th fresh spr�gs of m�nt and fresh whole blackberr�es
INSTRUCTIONS
- R�nse blackberr�es and m�nt leaves under cool tap water. Gently pat dry w�th paper towels.
- Place blackberr�es, m�nt leaves, s�mple or blackberry syrup and l�me ju�ce �nto a small bowl.
- Gently mash the m�xture w�th a muddler. Do not shred the m�nt leaves, rather s�mply bru�se them to release the essent�al o�ls.
