How to make AIR FRYER CAULIFLOWER WINGS :
Ingred�ents
- 1 Med�um Head of Caul�flower, separated �nto florets
Ingred�ents for Batter Slurry
- 1 Cup Pla�n Flour / Almond Flour
- 3/4 Tsp Ch�ll� Powder / Papr�ka Powder
- 2 Tsp Garl�c Powder
- 3/4 Tsp On�on Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3/4 -1 Cup Water { Add more �f needed }
Ingred�ents for Buffalo W�ngs Glaze
- 5 Tbsp Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 1 Tsp Ol�ve O�l
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Stev�a sweetner { Opt�onal } **
Instruct�ons
- Wash the caul�flower head and cut them �nto florets. Approx�mately 3 Cups of florets.
- In a small m�x�ng bowl, add all the �ngred�ents for batter m�x and wh�sk them smooth. Batter m�x should be th�ck enough to coat the florets well.
- D�p the caul�flower florets �nd�v�dually �nto the batter m�x, shake off any excess and place them on the parchment paper.
- Preheat the A�r fryer to 350F (180 C ) for 4 m�nutes. Pull the basket from the a�r fryer and place the caul�flower florets �n them. Sl�de �t back �n the a�r fryer and fry for 10 m�nutes.
- Turn the florets half way to cook un�formly.
