CHOCOLATE CRUNCH DOUGHNUTS


I used 70% da�ry-free dark chocolate, but �t w�ll work w�th any chocolate you prefer. I also used prote�n cr�sp�es, but r�ce cr�sp�es or qu�noa pops w�ll work just as well.

How to make  Chocolate crunch doughtnuts  :

Ingred�ents

  • 200g da�ry-free dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp almond butter � any nut butter w�ll work, or you can use a seed butter/coconut o�l for a nut-free vers�on
  • 1 cup prote�n cr�sp�es, r�ce cr�sp�es or qu�noa pops

Method

  1. Break up the chocolate �nto a heatproof bowl, then add �n the almond butter. You can e�ther melt �t �n the m�crowave, st�rr�ng every m�nute or so, or you can place �t on top of a small pan of s�mmer�ng water unt�l �t has completely melted.
  2. Add the cr�sp�es �nto the bowl and fold to comb�ne.
