INGREDIENTS
Broccol� Salad :
- 1 broccol� head, approx 5 cups of florets
- 8 sl�ces bacon
- 1/3 cup red on�on, d�ced
- 1/2 cup dr�ed cranberr�es
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Broccol� Salad Dress�ng :
- 1/2 cup mayonna�se
- 1/4 cup pla�n yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenhe�t. Add the bacon sl�ces to a parchment l�ned bak�ng tray and cook for 15 m�nutes or unt�l cr�spy. Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer to a paper towel to dry and cool.
