Is it accurate to say that you are a morning individual? I'm most certainly not. Like by any means. It is extremely hard for me and the majority of my children to get moving whenever before 9:00 am and still, at the end of the day it resembles dismantling teeth to get them to begin homework, or do their errands, or open their eyes. They genuinely drag themselves around like zombies until early afternoon and sincerely I'm no better.

Since I'm not an espresso consumer, I've needed to think of different approaches to kick-begin my mornings in a solid manner that won't leave me hauling again after lunch. One of my go to approaches to kick drowsy children (and mother) into apparatus is with a yummy protein and natural product pressed smoothie. I've begun testing more with smoothies and have discovered a not many that the children love and are pressed with bravo fixings that give the us a characteristic jolt of energy without the typical accident.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cups Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 fresh orange peeled

Ingredients :

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until well combined. 
  2. To make layers, mix the strawberries, pineapple and oranges separately each with a 1/3 of the yogurt and coconut water. 
  3. Pour the orange first, then the strawberry and top with the pineapple to create a sunrise effect ??
