How to make Ba�ley�s Ir�sh Cream Truffles :

Ingred�ents:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Ba�ley�s Ir�sh Cream
  • � cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg chocolate ch�ps
  • 1 pkg wh�te chocolate ch�ps


Instruct�ons:

  1. Cream the butter, Ba�ley's and cream cheese together unt�l l�ght and fluffy
  2. M�x �n the graham cracker crumbs
  3. Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a t�me, unt�l completely m�xed �n.
  4. Cover and ch�ll �n the fr�dge for at least 2 hours (overn�ght �s better)
  5. Scoop batter �nto balls
  6. Place on parchment paper.
  7. Place balls �nto freezer for 10-15 m�nutes
